3040 SINGLE PACK MK1
Versatile Packer for Production, Injection, Testing, Bridge Plugging, Straddling, Fracturing, Squeeze Cementing and Gravel Packing. Run and set with a Running Tool on Slickline, E-line, CT or Pipe.
Retrieved with a standard Pulling Tool on Slickline, E-line, CT or Pipe.
Bidirectional one piece slips protectively located below the Packing Element.
Pressure ratings are 10K PSI up to 5-1/2”, 7.5K PSI on 7” and 6K PSI from 9-5/8” to 10-3/4”.
Temperature rated to 150°C. Higher temperature rating can be delivered on request.
Can be fitted with accessories as Equalizing Valve, Flapper Valve, Burst Disc, Junk Catcher, etc.
3050 SINGLE / DUAL PACK MK2
Packer/Plug system which is based on the experience ganed from the MK-1 system.
The MK-2 plug/packer system is designed as a modular system to make it easy to convert to straddle packer applications.
This also makes it possible to use it as a straddle packer with different sizes of the lower and upper packer sections.
Single Pack RiH Seal Bore
Ratings are similar as on the Single Pack MK-1 system.
3500 SLEEVE VALVE CEMENT RETAINER
SVCR's
The Model “B” Sleeve Valve Cement Retainer is a high quality tool for squeeze cementing.
The Sleeve Valve is controlled from the surface by simply picking up to close and setting down to open.
The Model B Plug is also supplied in a Bridge Plug version.
Conversion to tubing set or Bridge Plug is easy and requires minimal parts.
The retainer sustains high pressure and temperatures.
The model B SVCR / BP sizes from 4 1/2 to 20 inch.
Can be supplied with Nitril, HNBR or AFLAS elements.
Optional the SVCR can be set on a Mechanical, Hydraulic running or E-Line tool from PTR.
3510 HM BRIDGE PLUGS
The HM Bridge Plug is designed to simplify plugging operations.
The need for a Setting Tool does not exist, due to the Built-in setting mechanism.
This makes the HM Bridge Plug an excellent alternative for plugging deviated and horizontal wells.
Full tubing ID is available after releasing from the plug, allowing other equipment to extend through the end of the Tubing String.
3540 WIRELINE SET PERMANENT BRIDGE PLUG
The WSBP can be set with different types of Setting Tools and it has proven to be a product that can be depended on.
The WSBP has excellent running characteristics and secure sets.
It is designed for rapid drill-out, but still maintaining sufficient strength during the set.
The Wireline Set Bridge Plug sustains high pressures and temperatures.
The WSBP can be supplied in sizes from 2 7/8 inch to 20 inch.
The WSBP can be set on Wireline, E-Line, CT and Drill Pipe.
3515 ALUPACK BRIDGE PLUG
The Alupack Bridge Plug is a special plug for running through on Coil Tubing Operations
and when rapid drill out time is needed.
The Alupack can be set on E-line and Slickline with a CTR Hydrostatic Running Tool.
Optional it can be set on CT with a CTR Hydraulic Running Tool.
